Supposedly, I've been having Braxton Hicks contractions for weeks or months even if I couldn't feel them. During the past week or so, I think I've been feeling them. The cramps I've had off and on throughout this pregnancy are nothing like what I'm feeling now, which is more like a painless Charlie Horse. So far, they seem to be inconsistent and random, and I'm okay with that. This new development is a reminder that this baby will be here in a few weeks. I am sooo ready for January 27 - I want to meet her!

Fun! I didnt know I was having them either for at least a week or two.
Braxton Hicks appparently start very early. I'm almost 18 weeks and when I went to the doctor at 14 weeks, they did an u/s and could see me having them.
The holidays will really make the next few weeks fly! Enjoy these last few weeks. They are bittersweet. I already miss being pregnant and my baby was just born 6 days ago!!
Very exciting!! She is going to be here in no time at all. It's hard to believe that by this time next year she will moving and scooting all over!!
